We celebrated the new year by spending half of the day in a bus from Udaipur to Ahmedabad, the capital of Gujarat, where Ghandi was born.
Once we arrived in Ahmedabad we headed to the Ghandi Ashram.
It was really nice to actually have time to read about his life and the impact he had in his country and how he became the "father of India."
At night we went to a thali restaurant which ended up being one of the best meal we've had so far!
